  • Reservations are not confirmed until we have received a reply e-mail from you and you have paid in advance.
  • Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer in Japanese yen.
  • Cancellation fee (30% 7 days prior to reservation, 50% 3 days prior to reservation, 80% 2 days prior to reservation, 100% from the day before to the day of reservation, 100% for no-shows)
  • In case of cancellation, please call 080-3761-4085 or send a short message (SMS).
  • We will refund the amount transferred minus the stipulated cancellation fee + transfer fee.
